This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your use of the KKLive application and website. It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By using KKLive, you agree to this policy.

• Connecting with strangers via random video chat for social, educational, or entertainment purposes
• Making genuine friends and forming platonic or romantic connections with consenting adults
• Exploring different cultures and languages using the real-time translation feature
• Sharing authentic moments in the Moments feed
• Hosting and watching live streams as a creator or viewer

🚫 3. Prohibited Uses

• Using KKLive if you are under 18 years of age
• Sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAM in any form
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or threatening other users
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content that dehumanizes people
• Operating automated accounts, bots, or scraping tools
• Commercial advertising, spam, or pyramid scheme promotion
• Impersonating other users or KKLive staff
• Sharing malware, phishing links, or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to KKLive systems
• Circumventing technical measures, bans, or restrictions
• Recording or distributing others' video calls without consent
• Any activity that violates applicable law

📸 4. Content Standards

All content shared on KKLive must be:

• Legal under applicable law
• Non-sexual and appropriate for an adult platform
• Respectful of other users
• Authentic and not misleading

🔐 5. Security

You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of KKLive systems, circumvent security or authentication measures, interfere with service to any user, or introduce malicious code of any kind.

Do not share content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. If you post content, you represent you have the right to do so.

🔒 7. Privacy of Others

Do not collect or share other users' personal information without their explicit consent. Do not share private messages, screenshots, or video recordings of others without permission. Respect others' right to anonymity.

💼 8. Commercial Use

Unsolicited commercial messages, advertising, affiliate marketing, and pyramid schemes are prohibited. If you wish to advertise on KKLive, contact us at kkliveworld.com@gmail.com.

Violations of this AUP may result in: content removal, warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination — depending on severity. Serious violations (CSAM, threats, illegal activity) result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
