DMCA Policy

📋 1. Overview

KKLive respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and remove infringing content where appropriate. If you believe content on KKLive infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below.

📧 2. How to File a DMCA Notice

Send your DMCA takedown notice via email to kkliveworld.com@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". We do not accept DMCA notices by postal mail.

📝 3. Required Notice Contents

Your DMCA notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material (URL, username, screenshot)
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

↩️ 4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to kkliveworld.com@gmail.com with subject "DMCA Counter-Notification" containing:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
4. Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, for non-US users, any judicial district where KKLive may be found)
5. Your physical or electronic signature

🚫 5. Repeat Infringer Policy

KKLive maintains a strict three-strike repeat infringer policy. Users who receive three or more valid DMCA notices will have their accounts permanently terminated. This policy applies regardless of the nature of the infringing content.

⚠️ 6. False Claims

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notification is a serious matter. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

⏱️ 7. Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will: acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, investigate and remove or disable access to infringing content promptly, notify the user who posted the content, and process any counter-notification received within the statutory timeframe.
