KKLive is free to download. All payments are made through Apple App Store or Google Play for the optional VIP subscription. Since payments are processed by Apple and Google, refunds are governed by their respective refund policies. KKLive does not directly process payments or issue refunds.

๐Ÿ†“ 2. Free Tier

The KKLive free tier is always free โ€” no payment, no credit card. There is nothing to refund for the free tier.

๐Ÿ‘‘ 3. VIP Subscriptions

KKLive VIP is $9.99/month, billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your VIP access continues until the end of the current billing period.

โŒ 4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

๐ŸŽ iOS (App Store)

Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ KKLive โ†’ Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal date.

๐Ÿค– Android (Google Play)

Google Play โ†’ Menu โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ KKLive โ†’ Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal date.

๐Ÿ’ธ 5. How to Request a Refund

๐ŸŽ iOS Refund

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your KKLive purchase, select "Request a Refund," choose your reason, and submit.

๐Ÿค– Android Refund

Open Google Play โ†’ Profile โ†’ Payments & subscriptions โ†’ Budget & history โ†’ KKLive โ†’ Report a problem โ†’ select your reason.

โœ… 6. Generally Eligible for Refund

  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing access to VIP features (after contacting support)
  • Unauthorized purchases (report immediately)
  • Requests within 48 hours of first subscription charge (subject to platform policy)

๐Ÿšซ 7. Generally Not Eligible for Refund

  • Partial-month refunds after using VIP features
  • Account terminations due to Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after using the subscription
  • Subscriptions not cancelled before renewal date

๐ŸŒ 8. Regional Consumer Rights

Users in the EU, UK, and Australia may have additional rights under local consumer protection law, including a statutory cooling-off period. These rights are not affected by this policy. Contact us if you believe your statutory rights apply.
