KKLive is free to download. All payments are made through Apple App Store or Google Play for the optional VIP subscription. Since payments are processed by Apple and Google, refunds are governed by their respective refund policies. KKLive does not directly process payments or issue refunds.
The KKLive free tier is always free — no payment, no credit card. There is nothing to refund for the free tier.
KKLive VIP is $9.99/month, billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your VIP access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → KKLive → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal date.
Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → KKLive → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal date.
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your KKLive purchase, select "Request a Refund," choose your reason, and submit.
Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → KKLive → Report a problem → select your reason.
Users in the EU, UK, and Australia may have additional rights under local consumer protection law, including a statutory cooling-off period. These rights are not affected by this policy. Contact us if you believe your statutory rights apply.
