✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KKLive. By downloading or using KKLive, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

🎂 2. Eligibility — 18+ Only

👤 3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at kkliveworld.com@gmail.com.

📱 4. Acceptable Use

Use KKLive only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and Acceptable Use Policy.

🚫 5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using KKLive if under 18 years of age
• Sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAM — reported to NCMEC and law enforcement
• Harassing, threatening, stalking, or intimidating other users
• Using bots, scrapers, or fake accounts
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Impersonating other users or KKLive staff
• Sharing another user's private information without consent
• Facilitating illegal activity of any kind
• Circumventing bans, blocks, or moderation decisions

©️ 6. Content & Intellectual Property

KKLive and its branding are owned by KKLive and protected by IP laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant KKLive a license to display it within the platform. You represent that you own or have rights to any content you share.

👑 7. VIP Subscriptions & Payments

KKLive VIP ($9.99/month) unlocks premium features. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel anytime through App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies
• KKLive does not have access to your payment card details

🔒 8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account anytime through the app. Upon termination, your right to use KKLive ends immediately.

⚠️ 9. Disclaimers

KKLive is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee service availability, accuracy, or the conduct of other users. Use KKLive at your own risk.

💰 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KKLive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed amounts you paid to KKLive in the prior 12 months.

🛡️ 11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify KKLive from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

⚖️ 12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration if necessary, except where prohibited by law. Class action waivers apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

🌍 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. EU/UK users retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under their local law regardless of these Terms.

📝 14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
